Together with our EU partners we have negotiated that if you buy a timeshare, that there are strict rules that apply to the sellers. You have to be allowed a cooling off period of 10 days. This means, if you change your mind (things often seem a great idea after a few sangrias!), you have the right to do so. Also the seller can’t ask for any money for a deposit from you during this time.
